XPO Marine Services has developed and a safety culture within the business by ensuring that all meetings are started with safety lessons, reporting and investigating all unsafe acts and conditions, and taking corrective actions to forestall reoccurrence. XPO Marine Services will invest in the health of its employees to improve productivity and help employees optimize their physical health and mental well-being. XPO Marine Services will implement a Fitness for Duty process, which will confirm or identify the circumstances under which employees are able to safely perform essential physical, psychological and cognitive requirements of their job without risk to self, others or the environment.
SECURITY
XPO Marine Services is committed to compliance with laws and regulations designed to prevent discrimination against any individual because of sex, race, colour, creed, or age.
