Wellington Agharese

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Wellington is a strategic and visionary dealmaker with a consistent track record of structuring and executing complex, high-value transactions. He brings a unique blend of legal, financial, and business expertise, supported by first and second degrees in Law and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management.

His primary areas of professional interest are Oil & Gas/Energy, Corporate Finance Law, including capital importation, debt management & restructuring, financial advisory, commercial & investment laws, and business strategy.

Ayoade Aminu

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ayoade holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan. Ayoade has deep oil and gas industry knowledge, both from a financing and industry perspective, having worked in the banking sector as an energy specialist and in the oil and gas industry as a supply and trading expert.

He started his career as a banking trainee at Peak Merchant Bank in 1992 and left as the head of Keystone Bank’s Oil and Gas desk. He worked in Northwest Petroleum and Gas Company Limited as the Head of Business Development, and in Matrix Energy Limited as Head of Supply and Trading.

Chris Unanka

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in project management from CSU Alabama, USA and Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engr from RSUST Port Harcourt. Chris Unanka holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, American Society for Quality certification in Quality Management (CMQOE), as well as ISO 9001:2015 Quality Auditor certification.

Chris has been an Oil and Gas industry player for 20 years during which period he worked for both IOCs and major service companies such as Chevron, Saipem, GE Oil and gas, etc. His experience spans Quality Assurance, EPC, Subsea operations, Marine services and Project Management.

Abiola Ige

HEAD OF FINANCE

Abiola Ige is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MBA from Business School of the Netherlands. She has gained significant experience in Management and Finance over her 15 years of work experience.

She started her career in the Insurance industry as an Accounts and Investment Manager before moving to Intercontinental Bank Plc. Served supervisory and management roles in Audit, Capital Market, and Risk Management departments in a career that spanned more than a decade.

Joy Ola-Fadunsi

Joy is a results-driven QHSE professional with hands-on experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems implementation and compliance across marine and corporate operations.

She has supported ISO certifications and strengthened internal controls in alignment with international standards. With a strong focus on Quality Assurance on vessel operations oversight, and management system effectiveness.
